Gifts Refused by Recipient
Q8eGifts.com will issue 100% a refund to the sender if intended recipient refuses
to accept the gift.
Canceling Orders
Orders can be cancelled only if they are not ready for delivery or are on the delivery
van. Orders that qualify for cancellation are entitled for 100% refund.
Unavailable Recipient
If recipient is unavailable when a delivery attempt is made a second delivery attempt
will be made depending on the recipient’s location. In all other cases sender will
be informed about the unavailability of the recipient.
Damaged Gift Items
Gifts damaged during delivery will be replaced by Q8eGifts.com at no cost. No Refund
can be claimed on gifts that have been accepted by the recipient.
Incorrect Recipient Address
Q8eGifts.com is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect address. Incorrect
Addresses cannot be corrected after delivery attempt has been made. An attempt to
obtain correct address will be made by contacting sender/recipient. If both parties
are unreachable no further delivery attempt will be made and Q8eGifts reserves the
right not to issue a partial or full refund.
Delivery Policy
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes
Deliveries to hospital should be requested atleast 2 Days prior to requested delivery date. If recipient has been discharged already, order will be cancelled and full refund will be issued to the sender.
